Terms & Conditions Relating to the SEO Standards Declaration

Put simply it is understood that SEO Clinic, in setting up the SEO Standards Declaration scheme will not be held responsible for any failing by any who display the SEO Clinic's SEO Standards Declaration logo to abide by the standards they are claiming to adhere to. SEO Clinic will always endeavour to keep information up to date, removing companies who are reported to have not abided by the SEO standards and adding those who have agreed to keep to the standards set out in the SEO Standards Declaration. Any complaints that are made to SEO Clinic relating to misconduct by members will be taken seriously, but SEO Clinic will not be held personally responsible for any errors made in evaluating the accuracy of the complaint. This voluntary scheme has been set up with the purpose of allowing SEO companies to state their intention to adhere to good practices. It has not been set up to make money from it's members, police it's members directly or to infer anything more than that the companies who display the logo are interested in stating personally that they adhere to good SEO practices.
